We now have this portable lightweight pedal exerciser at the centre. You can use it in reception, in the gym or during oxygen therapy, you can even borrow it for home use……..

With immediate effect hot water bottles and wheat bags are now on the prohibited items list at the Centre. This is due to a recent incident. Prohibiting them means the risk of accidents is eliminated completely. We are sorry for any distress this may cause. You are welcome to bring in blankets, dressing gowns etc… Read more »
